Guidelines for Desirable Vipassana-Kammatthana Practice to Students at Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, Nakhonsawan Campus

Abstract
The objectives of this research were: to study to suggest the guidelines for teaching the desirable meditation to the students at Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, Nakhonsawan Campus. This research applied the Qualitative Research with the Documentary Research and interviewing the 15 experts. The data analysis used the content analysis and the descriptive presentation.
Results of the research
The guidelines for teaching the desirable meditation to the students at Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, Nakhonsawan Campus were: 1) the guidelines for making the Saddha (faith) and the Yonisomanasikara (proper attention) helped making the faith and motivation in practice, understood the foundation of the students, and was friendly, 2) the guidelines for the Child Center focused on the practice of the students with the Threefold learning and controlled the postures with the suggestion of the instructors , and 3) the teaching in the practice skill, demonstrating the practice, and the practice by themselves with the Satipatthana 4 (four foundations of mindfulness).
