Abstract

In order to develop something into a system, it is imperative that there be a suitable format in which it can be used in order to develop it to its maximum benefit. In the development of Buddhist self-health of school administrators Under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 21 (Nong Khai-Bueng Kan), it is necessary to have a clear pattern or structure for development in order to be able to develop results. By the Buddhist self-development model of the school administrators Subordinate to the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 21 (Nong Khai-Bueng Kan) is based on the Buddhist principles which are the Four Bhavanas which are one of the development principles in Buddhism.
