Abstract

The purposes of this study were: 1) to study the condition of the school administration based on the good governance of the school administrators in ChaophrayaNetwork 2, Nakhonsawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 and 2) to find the guidelines of school administration based on the good governance of the school administrators in ChaophrayaNetwork 2, Nakhonsawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1


This research was Mixed Methods Research consisting of Survey Research and Qualitative Research. The sample of the research consisted of 137 school directors and teachers in the School Administrators in ChaophrayaNetwork 2, Nakhonsawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The tools of this research were the questionnaires, In-Depth Interview from 10 Key Informants and descriptive Interpretation. The statistics used Frequency, Percentage, Mean, and Standard Deviation.


  The findings of the study were as below:


1) The condition of the school administration based on the good governance of the school administrators in ChaophrayaNetwork 2, Nakhonsawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The overall was at the highest in all aspects ( = 4.85), when considering in each aspect found that the rule of law ( = 4.85), the morality ( = 4.86), the transparency (= 4.84), the participation ( = 4.83), the accountability ( = 4.84), the value for money ( = 4.88)


2) The guidelines of school administration based on the good governance of the school administrators in ChaophrayaNetwork 2, Nakhonsawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 were as follows:


The rule of lawin school, the administrators give an opportunity for everyone to participate in all activities and follow the rule regulations and Law of budget; in addition, there are lack of expert in rule of law. The morality, teachers and education personnel must be moral/ethic cultivation by themselves and make sure that everyone is performing duties to achieve a goal by following the moral principles. Especially, teacher who works in finance and supplies because they need skills and be careful. Otherwise, the task is not system-based. The transparency, it’s good for school to apply the transparency. Everyone works efficiency and sets a school’s goal by working with well organizing and following the regulation. All school do as the transparency, everyone works without problems. The participation, the budget in school, there are lack of managing in financial therefore only the accountants know about budget. The educational personnel do not get any information. About the evaluation and lecture, everyone has a chance and cooperate to submit self-assessment regularly. The accountability, the management efficiency in school by collaboration from everyone and response to the duties and school policy. Everyone understands all rules in budgeting, and always promote and support everyone. Encouraging teachers and staffs report their works and send the report to Nakhonsawan Primary Educational Service Area office 1. After that published the report so they know how school managing efficiency.The value for money, school provide the best instruction and learning by development the helpful resources and environment in school and ask the community to develop learning center for students. To campaign and be cultivate conscious mind for students to learn and appreciate of philosophy of the sufficiency economy and apply it in their daily and ultimate life.
