Role of School Administrators in Promoting the Learning Process Management by the Student-Centered of Vocational Education Schools in Nakhon Nayok Province

Abstract
This research aimed 1) to study the role of school administrators in promoting the learning process management by the student-centered of vocational education schools in Nakhon Nayok Province, and 2) to find the methods to develop the role of school administrators in promoting the learning process management by the student-centered of vocational education schools in Nakhon Nayok Province.
Population participated to respond to questionnaires was 176 teachers of vocational education schools in Nakhon Nayok Province, who performed duties in the academic year 2018. The key informants in the in-depth interview were 6 teachers of vocational education schools in Nakhon Nayok Province, who performed duties in the academic year 2018.
The research instruments were questionnaire and interview form by the content analysis. The statistics consisted of frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
The major findings revealed that 1) the role of school administrators in promoting the learning process management by the student-centered of vocational education schools in Nakhon Nayok Province was at a high level in an overview. 2) The guidelines of the methods to develop the role of school administrators in promoting the learning process management by the student-centered of vocational education schools in Nakhon Nayok Province were composed of 3 dimensions, namely, (1) The role of instructional planning should be to prepare a plan for the provision of media materials, and equipment for a suitable learning resource, (2) the role of internal supervision, supervision and follow-up of teaching and learning, should have a plan for the implementation of supervision, systematic teaching and learning management. (3) the role in evaluation of teaching and learning should be a clear structure, duty, responsibility in the assessment, and the creation of a guide for evaluating teaching and learning.
