Guidelines for taking Care of Welfare retired government officials in Nakhon Sawan province

Abstract

The purposes of this study were : 1) to study guidelines for taking care of welfare retired government officials in Nakhon Sawan province and 2) to present guidelines for taking care of Nakhon Sawan’s welfare retired government officials.

This research were divided into two parts: the first part of this study consisted of the state in guidelines for taking care of welfare retired government officials in Nakhon Sawan province. There were twelve key informants. The tool for data collection used Semi-structured interview and content analysis. The second part included presenting guidelines for taking care of Nakhon Sawan’s welfare retired government officials. There were seven key informants were used as a tool to analyze a content by considering in four aspects as follows: accuracy, suitable, feasibility and utility. The data analysis was by frequency and  percentage.

The results were as follows:

1.The state and background for taking care of welfare retired government officials in Nakhon Sawan province found that 1) Nakhon Sawan retired government officials needed some guidelines how to manage their expenses with low income, set up the meeting, design the questionnaires and survey then make a request for raising a salary and how to apply a new formula in calculating pension, 2) look after for their health by planning , an annual health check up, and sport day and 3) take care mental health by meeting and planning for karaoke room, visit and cheer them up when they have got a sickness, entertain the retired-government officials and set up field trip.

1. It found that the overall in four aspects of presenting guidelines for taking care of Nakhon Sawan’s welfare retired government officials were at high.
