Development of Knowledge based Management System of Community Enterprise in Nakhonsawan province using Ontology

Abstract

The purpose of this research were to develop the knowledge based management system for community enterprises in Nakhonsawan province using ontology and evaluate the assessment for satisfaction of the using knowledge base management system for community enterprises in Nakhonsawan province using ontology using ontology. The research is the development system design ontology with protégé tool, convert it to OWL (Web Ontology Language), Using PHP for programming and develop database with MYSQL. The evaluation the assessment for satisfaction of the using knowledge base management system for community enterprises in Nakhonsawan province using ontology using ontology, the result were the overall users’ satisfaction is in most levels. The mean score equaled to 4.59. Users are satisfied with the functionality of the system. The security of information systems and the system meets the needs of users.
