Abstract

Both main media and online media have always presented negative information of non–transparency of school administration, corruption, the use of unfair powers and others. In this case, there were proposers to use morality and ethics for school administrators such as Iddhipada, Brahmavihara, Sangahavatthu, Rajadhamma, Sappurisa-dhamma, Gharavasa-dhamma, Hiri Ottappa, Good governance, professional ethics of the Teachers Council of Thailand, etc.

However, the above morals and ethics are considered as self- behavior of the administrators, and cannot help prevent blames and non-transparency of school management at all.

The current administration approach requires principles of participation from more other people both inside and outside school to join all the stages of school management including decision making, Implementation, getting benefit and evaluation. It’s the guidelines to prevent non-transparency of school administration.
