Process of implementing and preventing drug problems of local Government organization in Maung District, Pathumthani Province

Abstract
The purposes of this research were: 1) to study implementing and preventing drug problems of local government organization in Maung District, Pathumthani Province 2) to study factors affect implementing and preventing drug problems of local government organization in Maung District, Pathumthani Province and 3) to offer guidelines for implementing and preventing drug problems of local government organization in Maung District, Pathumthani Province. The samples used in the research were administrators and members of sub-district administrative organization council 399 persons. The data were collected by using a constructed questionnaire and interviewing 15 community leaders in period from January to April 2017. Statistical data were analyzed by using percentage, mean, standard deviation. The statistical analysis of comparative data used multiple regression analysis. The data from the interview analyzed by using facts to compare and link logic and interpretation and summarize.
The research found that: 1) the guidelines for implementing and preventing drug problems of local government organization in Maung District, Pathumthani Province were overall more level 2) the considering in each aspect in order to the average from more to little level were arranging the activities, recognition of the information about drugs and above the participation in prevention and problem solving. Those 3 factors had relationship with the guidelines for implementing and preventing drug problems of local government organization in Maung District, Pathumthani Province with statistical significance at 0.05 level and 3) the guidelines were: (3.1) establishing a team with people in the area to provide knowledge about drugs at least once a month (3.2) promoting and encouraging personnel of the organization to cooperate with police officers in the prevention and resolution of drug problems and (3.3) the host of activities to prevent and solve drug problems at least once in 3 months.
