Buddhist Oriented Operation Policy of Wat Dhammapanyaram Bangmuang Community Radio in Samphran District, Nakhon Pathom Province

Abstract

            The objectives of this thesis were: 1) to study the people’s opinion on Buddhist oriented operation policy of Wat Dhammapanyaram Bangmuang Community Radio, Samphran district of Nakhon Pathom province, 2) to compare the opinion on Buddhist oriented operation policy of Wat Dhammapanyaram Bangmuang Community Radio in Samphran district of Nakhon Pathom province of people with different gender, age, educational levels, position, work experience, and monthly income, and 3) to study suggestions and guidelines of Buddhist oriented operation policy of Wat Dhammapanyaram Bangmuang Community Radio, Samphran district of Nakhon Pathom province.  The data of this quantitative research were collected from documents and using questionnaires.

            The results of the study were found that:

1. The samples with different genders had indifferent opinions on the use of radio for Buddhist propagation, knowledge, ability and mass media skills of radio program runners, ability in radio receiving for Buddhist propagation, and integration of Buddhism with politics, government, economic, society and art and culture on Buddhist oriented operation policy of Wat Dhammapanyaram Bangmuang Community Radio, Samphran district of Nakhon Pathom province.


2. The samples with different ages, educational levels, and occupations had a different level of opinions on the use of radio for Buddhist propagation, knowledge, ability and mass media skills of radio program runners, ability in radio receiving for Buddhist propagation, and integration of Buddhism with politics, government, economic, society and art and culture on Buddhist oriented operation policy of Wat Dhammapanyaram Bangmuang Community Radio, Samphran district of Nakhon Pathom province.
