Human resource management based on the sublime states of mind

Abstract

Among all the resources that exist in the world, said that "the people" or "human being" is the most valuable resource and the most useful. This is because other resources despite life as a wise person.  Without the resources to life, if people do not take it in vain. Concepts relating to personnel management or human resource management is not new in the current study. If it has been studied since ancient times as it can be seen from Certain principles of the Buddha Dhamma. That is the four  sublime  states  of  mind, which said that it is the quintessence of human resource management, it can be seen that studies on the use of human resources in a manner  is suitable for the job Put the right man on the right job.
