Relationship between the Characteristics of School Administrators and the Participatory Management of School Administrators under Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract
The objectives of this research were : 1) the characteristics of school administrators under Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, 2) the participatory management of school administrators under Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. And 3) the relationship between the characteristics of school administrators and the participatory management of school administrators under Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area Office 2.
The samples in were 313 teachers in government schools under Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The Taro Yamane’ s formula was employed to define the sample size. The research instrument was a 5-point scale questionnaire. The statistical devices were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and the Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient.
The results of the research showed that 1) the characteristics and the participatory management of school administrators were at high levels. 2) the participatory management of school administrators under Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 were at high levels, and 3) The relationship between the characteristics and the participatory Management of school administrators under Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was significant at the .05 level.
