This paper aims at a perception of the poverty problem which is a national problem that needs help. Therefore, government agencies must solve an economic and social problem such as providing an education for enhancement people to have ability to do a job progression, health and sanitation promotion and giving a beneficial news information through creating a career for people. Hence, this is a basic factor.

Furthermore, poverty resolution leads Buddhist morality integration to solve a poverty problem for equilibrium, wealth, physical security and mental pleasure.
