Abstract

This research aims to 1) study efficacy management in procurement process good governance of local administration in Sri Samrong District Sukhothai 2) to compare opinions on procurement management and administrative efficiency in the process of purchasing according to good governance principles of local administrative organizations. 3) To compare the efficiency of the procurement process in accordance with good governance principles of the local government organization, classified by procurement management.


Target audience Local Administrative Organization in Si Samrong District Sukhothai Province has population of 13 locations The population (1) Deputy Mayor, Municipal Council and the president of the district administration, Vice President of Sub district Administrative Organization 39 peoples (2) The Director of Finance and Personnel 39 peoples (3) The Director receives and opens the envelopes from 65 people, Include sample 143 peoples. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Statistical data were analyzed by means of standard deviation T-test, F-Test, One-way ANOVA and LSD.


The research found that:


Efficacy management in procurement process good governance of local administration in Sri Samrong District Sukhothai, overall, the mean was very high. Comparison of individual factors, including gender, age, education and work experience, difference was statistically significant 0.05, and comparison of procurement management had an influence on the efficiency of administration in the procurement process in accordance with the good governance principles of local administrative organizations in Si Samrong District. Sukhotha,i difference was statistically significant 0.05


Detection of individual differences by means of LSD the main responsibilities are different according to the method of employment management. This is because the system is complex. The system works by taking part and responsibility from many parties. There are also rules for the implementation of the new procurement notice. The operation is not smooth. also rules for the implementation of the new procurement notice. It also found that the main aspects of cost effectiveness were different by the way the package management, because the development of potential and skills in the work requires knowledge and expertise to achieve value. Disclosure with transparency also gives stakeholders an opportunity to compete fairly.
