Abstract
This Article aimed to study (1) the level of teachers' work motivation in schools under the Office of Secondary Educational Services Area, Bangkok District 1, (2)the level of personnel management of schools under the Office of Secondary Educational Services Area, Bangkok District 1, and 3) the relationship between teachers' work motivation and personnel management of schools under the Office of Secondary Educational Services Area, Bangkok District 1. The research format is quantitative research, using Bass and Avolio ‘s transformational leadership theory (Bass and Avolio,1994, pp.4-6) and the results of the synthesis of sales methods. Academic administration according to the concepts of educational academics and relevant educational agencies (Kamon Phuprasert (2001, p.9); Ministry of Education (2007, p.29); Preeyaporn Wongnutarot (2010, pp.3-4); Rungchatchadaporn Wehachart (2011, p.30); Jitima Wansri (2014, p.6); Pariyaporn Tangkunanan (2019, p.103)) is the research framework. The research area is schools under the Office of Secondary Educational Services Area, Bangkok District 1. The sample was teachers of under the Office of Secondary Educational Services Area, Bangkok District 1, 369 people. They was selected by calculated using Taro Yamane’s formula (Taro Yamane, 1973, p.725). The instrument for collecting data was stratified random sampling method. School size was used as a simple random sampling layer. The research tools used in this study consisted of 3 parts, 1) Questionnaire about general information of respondents. 2) Questionnaire about leadership changes of administrators. 3) Questionnaire about the academic administration of the school. Analysis data was using statistics such as percentage, mean, standard deviation (S.D.), and Simple Linear Regression Analysis.
The research results were found as follows;
1.The level of transformational leadership of executives Under the jurisdiction of the Bangkok Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Area 1, overall, has an average level at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect of stimulating the use of intelligence has the highest average Followed by: interns of having influence with ideology and the aspect with the lowest average was the aspect of inspiration.
2. School academic administration level Under the jurisdiction of the Bangkok Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Area 1, overall, the average level is at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that research to develop educational quality has the highest average followed by measurement, evaluation and operation. Transfer of academic results and the lowest average was the curriculum development aspect of the educational institution.
3. Leadership, change in administrators that affect the academic administration of the school. There is a correlation coefficient of 0.676 and cannable predict the academic administration of the school at 45.70% with statistical significance at the .01 level. The equation showing the relationship can be written as follows: Y = 2.455 + 0.437X
The knowledge from this research will be beneficial to the academic administration group in using the research results as guidelines. In developing work and applying it to the academic administration of school administrators, use research results. Use it as a guideline for self-development.
