School Administration in the Digital Era with Participation of Administrators under Phetchaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract

This article has the objectives 1) to study the level of educational administration in the digital era with participation of administrators and 2) to compare educational administration in the digital era with participation of administrators under Phetchaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, according to teachers' opinions by gender, position, educational background and work experience. The research format is quantitative research with using the concept of educational administration in the digital era for being the research framework. The research area is the school under Phetchaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample group is government teachers under Phetchaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, the academic year 2023 and 249 people by using Taro Yamane's sample determination method and used a simple random method. The research tool was a questionnaire. Data was analyzed using percentages, means, and standard deviations. Hypotheses were tested using t-statistics and one-way analysis of variance.

The research results found that

1. Management of educational administration in the digital age with participation of administrators under Phetchaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was at a high average level.


2. Comparison of educational administration in the digital era with participation of administrators under Phetchaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, classified by gender, position, educational background and work experience with overall and in each area were statistically significant at the .05 level.

The knowledge from this research is useful for school administrators with plan development the operations of educational administration in the digital era with participation and achieve maximum efficiency in schools.
