PARTICIPATORY RELATIONAL TRUST - BASED SCHOOL MANAGEMENT TREND

Abstract
This academic article aimed to present the participatory relational trust-based school management trend, with a focus on the efficiency of school management. It explored the idea of relational trust between leaders and subordinates, which was achieved through active participation in tasks, among school principals and teachers, teachers with teachers, and teachers with students. The goal was to develop students with both valuable academic knowledge and life skills, preparing them for a bright future where they could acquire knowledge and take care of themselves. Students at the secondary school level were supposed to receive high-quality education and life skills to transition smoothly to higher education. All of these aspects required the readiness of school staff. In larger schools, staff members often needed to operate separately in various aspects to maintain strength and efficiency. This entailed working based on the responsibilities of each department, rather than focusing on integration, which could make coordination challenging. The efficiency of management in different departments could decrease due to the reduced collaboration among staff. The study emphasized the importance of building strong relationships and teamwork, along with the appropriate use of innovation, depending on trust-building relationships within the school. This approach could foster problem-solving innovations. However, the success ultimately depended on the trust-based relationships established within each school, the suitability of the approach, and the feasibility of the innovations.
