The Student Affairs Administration Guidelines for Basic Education Schools under Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract
This article aimed to study (1) the student affairs administration of basic education schools, (2) the comparison of the opinions about the student affairs administration of basic education schools, and (3) the student affairs administration guidelines proposal for basic education schools under Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. This study employed a quantitative research methodology and used the student affairs administration of basic education schools concept as a conceptual framework. The scope of research was the basic education schools under Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample size determination was according to Krejcie and Morgan’s method. The 301 samples were school administrators and teachers through simple random sampling. The instruments for collecting data were questionnaires and appropriateness evaluation form. The research data were analyzed with percentage, mean, standard deviation, and one-way analysis of variance. The research results were as follows:
1. On the student affairs administration of basic education schools under Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 aspect, it was at the highest level.
2. On the comparison of the student affairs administration of basic education schools under Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 classified by work experience Administrative work student activities and guidance services Which has 10 - 20 years of work experience with more than 20 years of experience and the size of the school Overall, small schools and medium schools were significantly different at the .05 level.
3. On the guidelines for the student affairs administration of basic education schools under Prachuap Khiri Khan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 aspect, It showed that the overall and each aspect is at a very appropriate level.
