การให้บริการสาธารณะดิจิทัลของที่ว่าการอำเภอเมืองนครศรีธรรมราช

บทคัดย่อ

บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิภาพการให้บริการสาธารณะดิจิทัลของที่ว่าการอำเภอเมืองนครศรีธรรมราช และศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพดังกล่าว โดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณเก็บข้อมูลจากประชาชนผู้ใช้บริการจำนวน 400 คน ด้วยแบบสอบถามที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบความน่าเชื่อถือ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ประสิทธิภาพการให้บริการสาธารณะดิจิทัลอยู่ในระดับสูงในมิติของความสะดวกในการเข้าถึงและความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บริการ ขณะที่ความรวดเร็วและความถูกต้องของบริการยังมีช่องว่างสำหรับการพัฒนา ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพ ได้แก่ ทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ บุคลากร และการบริหารจัดการและนโยบาย โดยเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมีอิทธิพลสูงสุด ข้อเสนอแนะที่สำคัญ คือ การเพิ่มการลงทุนในเทคโนโลยี การพัฒนาทักษะบุคลากร และการวางแผนนโยบายที่ชัดเจนและครอบคลุม เพื่อยกระดับประสิทธิภาพการให้บริการดิจิทัลในที่ว่าการอำเภอเมืองนครศรีธรรมราชให้ดียิ่งขึ้น งานวิจัยนี้จะเป็นแนวทางสำคัญในการส่งเสริมการเปลี่ยนผ่านสู่รัฐบาลดิจิทัลที่มีประสิทธิภาพและตอบสนองความต้องการของประชาชนในยุคปัจจุบัน
