Abstract

This study aims to investigate the efficiency of digital public services provided by the Mueang Nakhon Si Thammarat District Office and analyze the factors influencing such efficiency. Using a quantitative research approach, data were collected from 400 service users through a validated questionnaire. The findings reveal that the digital public service performance is high in terms of accessibility and user satisfaction, while speed and accuracy still have room for improvement. Key factors affecting service efficiency include information technology, personnel, and management and policy, with information technology having the most significant impact. The study recommends increased investment in technology, continuous skill development of personnel, and clear, comprehensive policy planning to enhance the efficiency of digital public services at the district office. This research serves as a crucial guideline for promoting an effective digital government transition that meets the needs of citizens in the contemporary era.
