การพัฒนาหลักสตูรฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสรมิสรา้งลักษณะผนู้าําทดี่ขีองนกัเรยีน ชัน้มธัยมศึกษาตอนต้น

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งน้ีมีวัตถุประสงค์เพ่ือ (1) พัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพ่ือเสริมสร้างลักษณะ ผู้นําาท่ีดีของนักเรียนช้ันมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น (2) ศึกษาผลของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้าง ลักษณะผนู้ําาที่ดีของนกัเรยีนช้นัมธัยมศึกษาตอนต้นสมมตฐิานของการวจิยัคือหลักสตูรท่สีรา้ง ขึน้มาเพ่อืพฒันาคุณลักษณะผูน้ําาที่ดี9ประการดังนี้(1)ความสามารถแกป้ัญหาอย่างมีระบบ (2)ความเสียสละ(3)ความซ่อืสัตย์(4)ความรับผิดชอบต่อการกระทาําของตน(5)กลา้ตดัสนิ ใจ(6)ความเช่ือมัน่ในตวัเองอดทนต่อการวิพากษว์จิารณ์ใจกวา้งรบัฟังความคดิเห็นของผูอ้ืน่ (7) ความสามารถวินิจฉัยปัญหาต่างๆด้วยเหตุผลและยุติธรรม (8) ความขยันและอดทน (9) ความรู้และความคดิสร้างสรรค์สามารถพัฒนาคุณลักษณะผูน้ําาทีด่ี9ประการของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นได้โดยที่คะแนนทดสอบหลังการฝึกอบรมสูงกว่าคะแนนก่อนฝึกอบรม วิธีการดำเนินการวิจัยมี 4 ขั้นตอน ดังน้ี

The purposes of this research were 1) to develop a training curriculum for promoting the good leadership of lower secondary education students, and 2) to study the results of training curriculum for promoting the good leadership of lower secondary education students. The research hypothesis was the training curriculum that would be able to used for developing nine characteristics of good leadership of lower secondary education students which consisted of 1) the ability to solve the problem systematically 2) devotion 3) honesty 4) responsible for action of oneself 5) courage for making decision 6) self-confidence, be tolerant with criticism, accept the other’s idea 7) the ability to judge the problem fairly 8) diligence and patience, and
9) knowledge and creativity. The score after the training would be higher than before
