การพัฒนากลยุทธ์ทางปัญญาตามแนวปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงเพื่อเสริมสร้าง คุณภาพชีวิตเชิงบริบทของผู้สูงอายุในภาคเหนือตอนบนของประเทศไทย
บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาคุณภาพชีวิตเชิงบริบทของผู้สูงอายุในภาคเหนือตอนบนของประเทศไทย 2) พัฒนากลยุทธ์ทางปัญญาตามแนวปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง 3) ศึกษาผลของการใช้กลยุทธ์ทางปัญญาตามแนวปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้คือ คือผู้สูงอายุที่มีอายุ 60-69 ปี อาศัยอยู่ในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ และเชียงราย จำนวน 204 คน ซึ่งเป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ศึกษาระดับคุณภาพชีวิต และคัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีคะแนนคุณภาพชีวิตอยู่ในระดับต่ำตั้งแต่เปอร์เซ็นต์ไทด์ที่ 25 ลงมาจำนวน 40 คน เพื่อศึกษาผลของกลยุทธ์ทางปัญญาตามแนวปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง โดยแบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุมกลุ่มละ 20 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 1) แบบวัดคุณภาพชีวิตเชิงบริบทของผู้สูงอายุในภาคเหนือตอนบนของประเทศไทย และ 2) กลยุทธ์ทางปัญญาตามแนวปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) คุณภาพชีวิตเชิงบริบทของผู้สูงอายุในภาคเหนือตอนบนของประเทศไทย มีค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง โดยมีคะแนนเฉลี่ย 122.7 คะแนน (122.7 ± 16.24) 2) กลยุทธ์ทางปัญญาตามแนวปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงเป็นกลยุทธ์พัฒนาขึ้นตามแนวคิดทฤษฎีที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการความเสี่ยง การจัดการตนเอง การจัดการความรู้ การเรียนรู้โดยการลงมือปฏิบัติร่วมกับแนวปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง และ3) ผลการทดลองพบว่า คุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุกลุ่มทดลอง หลังการทดลองและหลังการติดตามผล สูงกว่าก่อนการทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (F = 92.84, p = 0.01) และสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (F = 59.78, p = 0.01)
