ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อพฤติกรรมการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยของครัวเรือน ในอำเภอทับสะแก จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์

การวิจัยเชิงสหสัมพันธ์นี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อพฤติกรรมการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยของครัวเรือน ตัวอย่างเป็นตัวแทนผู้อยู่อาศัยประจำครัวเรือน ในอำเภอทับสะแก จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ ระยะเวลาตั้งแต่ 6 เดือนขึ้นไป จำนวน 403 คน โดยประยุกต์ทฤษฎีพฤติกรรมตามแผนเป็นกรอบแนวคิดการวิจัย เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วย Chi-square test, Pearson correlation และ Multiple regression analysis ผลการวิจัย พบว่าตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีพฤติกรรมการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยของครัวเรือนในระดับไม่เหมาะสม/ควรปรับปรุง ร้อยละ 67.7 โดยมี 3 ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ได้แก่ การคล้อยตามกลุ่มอ้างอิง (r = .171, p < .001) การรับรู้ความสามารถในการควบคุมพฤติกรรม (r = .281, p < .001) และความตั้งใจในการปฏิบัติพฤติกรรม (r = .248, p < .001) สำหรับผลการวิเคราะห์. การถดถอยเชิงพหุคูณ พบว่าความตั้งใจในการปฏิบัติพฤติกรรม (β = .301, p < .001) และการรับรู้ความสามารถในการควบคุมพฤติกรรม (β = .282 , p < .001) ร่วมกันทำนายพฤติกรรมการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยของครัวเรือนได้ ร้อยละ 27.0 (Nagelkere R2= .27) ดังนั้น เจ้าหน้าที่อบต./เทศบาล ชุมชน และภาคส่วนต่าง ๆ จึงควรร่วมกันสนับสนุนให้เกิดกิจกรรมการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยที่ช่วยให้ครัวเรือนมั่นใจ มีทักษะและไม่รู้สึกเป็นอุปสรรคกับการจัดการขยะมูลฝอยตั้งแต่ต้นทาง
