บทคัดย่อ

The objectives of the research were to study: 1) the level of perception of sufficiency economy philosophy, behavior based on sufficiency economy philosophy, quality of work life, and happiness at work of members in sufficiency economy based model village 2) influence of perception of sufficiency economy philosophy, behavior based on sufficiency economy philosophy, and quality of work life on happiness at work of members in sufficiency economy based model village. By using questionnaires for collecting data from members living and working in sufficiency economy based model village 278 peoples. Statistics for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The research results revealed that 1) perception of sufficiency economy philosophy, behavior based on sufficiency economy philosophy, and happiness at work in high level whereas quality of work life in moderate level; 2) perception of sufficiency economy philosophy, behavior based on sufficiency economy philosophy in terms of moderation practice, self-sufficiency, and reasonableness practice, quality of work life in terms of work and total life space, development human capacities, employee rights, adequate and fair compensation, and social integration could jointly predict happiness at work of members in sufficiency economy based model village up to 50.3 percent at the .05 significant level. The results from this study could be a guideline for encouraging members in village to be more happiness at work.
