The comparative study of conflict management and reconciliation of ASEAN Member Countries aims to study the concept of the conflict management model and reconciliation at various stages of the justice process as well as related laws to reduce inequality in the society. The result shows that the form of conflict management and reconciliation among the ASEAN Member States varies according to the conflicts. This will differ from a country to another according to the political and administrative characteristics, society and culture of each country. The interesting forms which can be applied to be used in Thai society are 1) Social conflict management 2) Community justice process, leading to policy suggestions which are committed to respecting human rights, the protection of rights and the fulfillment of various human rights by which the State, as a party States, should have the policy to promote equal educational opportunities.
