บทคัดย่อ

The objectives of this study were as follows: 1) to develop a psychosocial project-based learning model; and 2) to study the results of a psychosocial project-based learning model. There were two phases: Phase one; to develop a psychosocial project-based learning model by using a focus group discussion of six experts. Phase two; a pilot study was conducted to investigate the efficiency of a psychosocial project-based learning model and there was an experiment with a psychosocial project-based learning model for sixteen hours with thirty-four samples who studied in Grade Six, were divided into two groups in experimental and control group. The results of phase one revealed the psychosocial project-based learning model consisted of five components, which included:(1) purpose; (2) principle; (3) process; (4) role of instructor and learner; and (5) evaluation and assessment. Phase two, found the following: (1) The efficacy of the model was E1/E2 = 78.18/82.74. (2) the experimental group had a statistically higher score for creative problem-solving behaviors than the control group at a .05 level of statistical significance and found the experimental group had a higher score in the two dimensions of creative problem-solving behaviors; fact finding behavior, and idea finding behavior than the control group with a statistical significance at .05 level. The result from two phases indicated a psychosocial project-based learning model called the 5I Model. There are five learning stages of processes for students: (1) Inspiration; (2) Identify and analysis; (3) Idea illumination, design, and planning; (4) Invention, evaluation, and improvement and (5) Innovation exchange.
