องค์ประกอบและตัวบ่งชี้จิตสาธารณะของนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่าง FACTORS AND INDICATORS OF PUBLIC MIND OF THE LOWER SECONDARY SCHOOL STUDENTS IN THE PART OF THAILAND LOWER NORTHEASTERN

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบและตัวบ่งชี้จิตสาธารณะของนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่าง  2) เพื่อตรวจสอบความเที่ยงตรงตามสภาพขององค์ประกอบและตัวบ่งชี้จิตสาธารณะของนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น  ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่าง กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1-3 สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่าง  จำนวน 700  คน  นำมาวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ สกัดปัจจัยเพื่อพิจารณาจัดกลุ่มตัวแปรด้วยวิธีวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบหลักและใช้วิธีการหมุนแกนแบบออโธโกนอล ด้วยวิธีแวริแมกซ์ จากนั้นผู้วิจัยได้นำตัวบ่งชี้ที่ได้มาสร้างแบบสอบถามเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลกลุ่มผู้รู้แจ้งชัด จำนวน  120 คนโดยการเปรียบเทียบระดับค่าเฉลี่ยกลุ่ม                   ผู้รู้แจ้งชัดด้วย  Independent  t – test ของทั้ง 2 กลุ่ม

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า  องค์ประกอบและตัวบ่งชี้จิตสาธารณะของนักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่าง ประกอบด้วย 3 องค์ประกอบหลัก 4 องค์ประกอบย่อย 34  ตัวบ่งชี้ สามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนของตัวบ่งชี้ทั้งหมดได้ ร้อยละ51.22 เรียงตามค่าร้อยละของการอธิบายความแปรปรวนจากมากไปหาน้อยตามลำดับคือ 1) ด้านความเอื้อเฟื้อเผื่อแผ่  อธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ  38.627  มี 14  ตัวบ่งชี้  2) ด้านความมุ่งมั่นในการทำงาน  อธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ  5.65  มี  11 ตัวบ่งชี้  3) ด้านอุทิศเวลาเพื่อประโยชน์ส่วนรวม   อธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 3.70  มี  6  ตัวบ่งชี้  4) ด้านการมุ่งประโยชน์ส่วนรวม อธิบายความแปรปรวน ได้ร้อยละ 3.24  มีจำนวน  3  ตัวบ่งชี้                       

            จากการนำตัวบ่งชี้ที่ค้นพบไปทดสอบกับกลุ่มผู้รู้แจ้งชัด  ปรากฏว่ามีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ                       ทุกตัวบ่งชี้  ซึ่งสามารถยืนยันได้ว่าตัวบ่งชี้ทั้ง  34 ตัว  มีความเที่ยงตรงตามสภาพ

The purposes of this research were to 1) study the factors  and  Indicators  of  public  mind  of  the lower  secondary school students  in the part of Thailand  lower  northeastern. 2) verify the concurrent validity of the factors  and  indicators of  public mind  of  the lower secondary school students  in the part of Thailand  lower  northeastern. The constructed questionnaire was employed to collect the data from the research subjects who were 700 students studying in Mathayom Suksa 1-3 under Primary Educational  Service Area Office and the Office of the Basic Education Commission in the part of Thailand lower northeastern. The data were analyzed by the exploratory factor analysis. In seeking the underlying dimensions, a principal component  analysis, and  varimax rotation were conducted.   A total of 120 students was accepted among teachers and peers as students with high public consciousness    and general public mind  groups.   The mean scores obtained from the known groups were compared       by t-test.  

The result revealed that ;

             The factors and  Indicators of  public mind  of  the lower  secondary school students  in the part  of Thailand lower northeastern consisted  of  3 principle components and 4 specific components                        as well as 34 indicators which accounted for 51.22 percent of the whole variance of indicators. The components arranged from the highest percentage of variance to the lowest percentage of variance were 1) generosity   which accounted for 38.627 percent of the whole  variance  comprising  14 indicators, 2) working intention which accounted for 5.65 percent of the whole  variance  comprising                  11 indicators, 3) time devotion for public which accounted for 3.70 percent of the whole  variance 

comprising  6 indicators 4)  public  spirituality which accounted for 3.24 percent of the whole  variance  comprising  3 indicators.

The obtained indicators were tested with the known groups. The results revealed that all indicators were statistically significant. It could confirm that 34 indicators were concurrently valid.
