Abstract

การพัฒนาโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำของนักเรียนในการดำเนินชีวิตตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในภาตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนบน มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อ 1)  สร้างและพัฒนาโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำในการดำเนินชีวิตตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของนักเรียน  โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนบน  2)  ประเมินโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำในการดำเนินชีวิตตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของนักเรียน  โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนบน การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา  ดำเนินการ 4 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐาน ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การพัฒนาโปรแกรม ขั้นตอนที่ 3 การทดลองใช้โปรแกรม และ ขั้นตอนที่ 4 การติดตามภายหลังการทดลองใช้โปรแกรม  วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย  และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน  

                 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1)              การสร้างและพัฒนาโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำในการดำเนินชีวิตตามหลักปรัชญา

ของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของนักเรียน  โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนบน  ประกอบด้วย  1)   คำชี้แจง  2)  ความเป็นมาและความสำคัญ  3)  แนวคิดทฤษฎีพื้นฐานของโปรแกรม  4)  หลักการของโปรแกรม  5)  วัตถุประสงค์ของโปรแกรม  6)  เนื้อหาที่ใช้ในโปรแกรม  7)  ขั้นตอนในการดำเนินกิจกรรม  8)  สื่อที่ใช้ในโปรแกรม  9)   การวัดและประเมินผล  และ10)   รายละเอียดของกิจกรรม  10.1)  การละลายพฤติกรรม  10.2)  ความคาดหวังและข้อตกลงร่วมกัน  10.3)  มีความรอบรู้เศรษฐกิจพอเพียง  10.4)  มีวิสัยทัศน์ก้าวไกลสู่เศรษฐกิจพอเพียงก้าวหน้า  10.5)  สร้างแรงจูงใจก้าวสู่เศรษฐกิจพอเพียงก้าวหน้า  และ10.6) น้อมนำหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงสู่ทักษะการดำเนินชีวิต

                2)  การประเมินโปรแกรมเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำในการดำเนินชีวิตตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของนักเรียน  โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนบน  พบว่า  โปรแกรมมีความเหมาะสม  สามารถนำไปใช้ได้จริงในการดำเนินชีวิต   กิจกรรมน่าสนใจ  นักเรียนมีส่วนร่วมในแต่ละกิจกรรม  แต่ละกิจกรรมไม่น่าเบื่อ  ระยะเวลาที่ใช้ในแต่ละกิจกรรมเหมาะสม  นักเรียนได้มีโอกาสแสดงความคิดเห็น  นักเรียนได้มีโอกาสแสดงทัศนคติและแนวคิดต่างๆ  และนักเรียนได้มีโอกาสแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ร่วมกัน  อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

The purposes of The Leadership Development  Program  for Students  in Secondary Schools in the 

Upper  Northeastern  Region  Based  on  Philosophy  of  Sufficiency  Economy were to: 1) construct and develop The  Leadership Development  Program  for Students  in  Secondary Schools in the  Upper  Northeastern  Region  Based  on  Philosophy  of  Sufficiency Economy, 2) evaluate  The  Leadership Development  Program  for Students  in Secondary Schools in the  Upper  Northeastern  Region  Based  on  Philosophy  of  Sufficiency  Economy.The research methodology employed was Research and Development (R&D) comprising four phases: Phase I was related to a program investigation comprising document inquiries, Phase II was related to leadership developing program.. Phase III was related to a leadership program implementation. And Phase IV was related to the program monitoring results, the data analysis was analyzed through a computer program for percentage, and standard deviation.

The findings were as follows:

               1. The  Leadership Development  Program  for Students  in Secondary Schools in he  Upper  Northeastern  Region  Based  on  Philosophy  of  Sufficiency  Economy construction and development comprising document inquiries , role models of administrator, teachers and students in Phimaiwittaya School, one of  prominent sufficiency economy implementation schools in Nakhon Ratchasima Province. and data collected from questionnaires involved ten major components 1) instruction 2) background and importance 3) fundamental concepts and theories 4)principles of program 5)objectives  6)contents 7) procedures of activities 8) material aids 9) activity measurement and assessment 10) the details of activities consisted of 10.10 ice breaking 10.2) hope and expectations 10.3) the knowledge of sufficiency economy 10.4) visions through advanced sufficiency economy 10.5) inspiration encouraging and 10.6) accept the philosophy of sufficiency economy to skillful lifestyles .

            2. The results after the implementation of The  Leadership Development Program  for Students  in Secondary Schools in the  Upper  Northeastern  Region  Based  on  Philosophy  of  Sufficiency  Economy by using satisfaction assessment form found that the program is suitable to use in students’ real life which consists of interesting activities, students’ participation, each activity is not boring, each activity is suitable for the given time, all the students have opportunities to share and reflect the ideas by using brainstorming strategy at the highest level.
