การวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการจัดการความรู้ที่มีประสิทธิภาพ ของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน AN ANALYSIS OF FACTORS EFFECTING THE EFFICIENCY OF KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT IN SCHOOLS UNDER THE OFFICE OF BASIC EDUCATION COMMISSION

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับการจัดการความรู้ที่มีประสิทธิภาพ และระดับปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการจัดการความรู้ที่มีประสิทธิภาพของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในเขตภาคเหนือตอนล่าง 2) เพื่อ ตรวจสอบความกลมกลืนโมเดลปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการจัดการความรู้ที่มีประสิทธิภาพของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในเขตภาคเหนือตอนล่างที่พัฒนาขึ้นกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ 3) เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลทางตรง อิทธิพลทางอ้อมและอิทธิพลรวมของปัจจัยที่นำมาศึกษาต่อการจัดการความรู้ที่มีประสิทธิ ภาพของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในเขตภาคเหนือตอนล่างและ 4) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการจัดการความรู้ที่มีประสิทธิภาพของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ในเขตภาคเหนือตอนล่าง กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูหัวหน้างานวิชาการของสถานศึกษาที่จัดการศึกษาระดับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จำนวน 480 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม และแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับการจัดการความรู้ที่มีประสิทธิภาพ ระดับปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการจัดการความรู้ที่มีประสิทธิภาพ พบว่ามีค่า เฉลี่ยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) โมเดลเชิงสาเหตุที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการจัดการความรู้ที่มีประสิทธิภาพที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้นสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ โดยตัวแบบสุดท้ายมีค่าสถิติดังนี้ ค่า Chi-square = 84.42, df = 73, P = 0.17000, RMSEA = 0.018 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้   3)ผลการศึกษาอิทธิพลทางตรง อิทธิพล ทางอ้อม และอิทธิพลรวมของปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการจัดการความรู้ที่มีประสิทธิภาพของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน พบว่า อิทธิพลทางตรง มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อิทธิพลทางตรง 4  ตัวแปร เรียงลำดับจากค่ามากไปหาน้อย คือ ปัจจัยภาวะผู้นำ (LEAD) ปัจจัยเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ (TECH) ปัจจัยการจัดองค์การ (ORGAN)  และ ปัจจัยวัฒนธรรมองค์การ (CULT) อิทธิพลทางอ้อมได้แก่ (1) ปัจจัยวัฒนธรรมองค์การที่ส่งผ่านภาวะผู้นำ และ การจัดองค์การ มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อิทธิพลเท่ากับ 0.84 และ 0.33 ตามลำดับ (2) ปัจจัยเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศที่ส่งผ่านปัจจัยการจัดองค์การ มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อิทธิพลเท่ากับ 0.26 และ (3) ปัจจัยภาวะผู้นำ ที่ส่งผ่านปัจจัยการจัดองค์การ มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อิทธิพลเท่ากับ 0.39  และอิทธิพลรวม พบว่า ผลการวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อิทธิพลรวมของตัวแปรสาเหตุที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการจัดการความรู้ที่มีประสิทธิภาพอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 3 ตัวแปร และไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 1 ตัวแปร โดยเรียงลำดับจากค่ามากไปหาค่าน้อย คือ ปัจจัยภาวะผู้นำ ปัจจัยวัฒนธรรม องค์การปัจจัยเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และปัจจัยการจัดองค์การ 4. ผลการศึกษาการจัดการความรู้ที่มีประสิทธิภาพของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิมีความเห็นสอดคล้องกันกับแนวคิดทฤษฎีของการวิจัย จำนวนทั้งหมด 5 ท่าน

This research aimed to 1) investigate the level of the efficiency knowledge management and the level of factors affecting the efficiency knowledge management in the basic educational institutions in the lower northern region as classified by position, gender, age and administrative as well as teaching experiences, 2) check the convergence of the developed casual factor model affecting the effective knowledge management in the basic educational institutions with the empirical evidence, 3) study both direct and indirect and total impacts effect of factors affecting the effective knowledge management in the basic educational institutions in the lower northern region, and 4) provide the guidelines of the effective knowledge management in the basic educational institutions in the lower northern region. The sample group derived from simple random sampling was 480 subjects. The research instruments were questionnaires for the educational institution administrators and the institutions’ heads of the academic affairs, and semi-structured interviews with the experts in order to propose the guidelines for the effective knowledge.

The research results were as follows.1. The level of the effective knowledge management and the level of factors affecting the effective knowledge management showed that, in general, both were in the high level. 2. The model by researcher was fit to the empirical data. The statistic values of the final model were as follows: The values of Chi-square = 84.42, df = 73, P = 0.17000, RMSEA = 0.018. These values showed the convergence of the model with the empirical data. 3. The results of both direct and effects impacts as well as total effects of factors affecting the effective knowledge management in the basic educational institutions showed that the direct effect’s coefficient values were four  factors of leadership, information technology at, organization management and organizational culture at 0.01 respectively. The indirect effects of the effective knowledge management in the basic educational institutions were from three factors of 1) organizational culture through leadership and organization management at the values of 0.84 and 0.33 respectively, 2) information technology through organization management at 0.26, and 3) leadership through organization management at 0.39. The total effects showed of three factors on the effective knowledge management with the statistical significance but one factor 4. Relating the results from the study of the causal relationship of the factors affecting the effective knowledge management. five experts corresponded with the research theory.
