Abstract

The purposes of this research were to: 1) To study of problems concerning academic affairs administration in educational expansion opportunities school under Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 2) To compare academic administration problems in educational expansion opportunities school under Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, classified by work experience and 3) To study of solutions concerning academic affairs administration in educational expansion opportunities school under Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 The sample group used in this research was teachers in educational expansion opportunities school under Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 Academic year 2018, number 269 The tools used for collecting data are the estimation questionnaire and interview. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and One-way ANOVA. For information obtained from interviews, use content analysis. The research found that 1) Academic administration in educational expansion opportunities school under Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. Overall, the problem is at a moderate level. When considering each aspect, it was found that all aspects were at a moderate level. The most average aspect is research for improving the quality of education. 2) The results of comparison of academic administration problems administration in educational expansion opportunities school under Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, Classified by work experience: less than 5 years, 5-10 years and more than 10 years. Overall, it was found that not different. 3) Guidelines for solving academic administration problems in educational expansion opportunities school under Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. Educational institutions should convene to clarify and create understanding for the community.
