Abstract

This research is aimed at 1) to study academic leadership of school administrators 2) to study the effectiveness of academic administration of schools 3) to study the relationship between academic leadership of school administrators and the effectiveness of academic administration of schools Under the Office of Buriram Primary Education Area Office 3. the sample group used in this research was school administrators. Under the Office of Buriram Primary Educational Service Area 3 Academic year 2018, A total of 140 people were obtained by using the Krejcie and Morgan's finished table and simple randomization. The instrument used for data collection is a 5-level estimation questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis are percentage, mean, standard deviation. And Pearson's correlation coefficient test. The research found that. 1) Academic leadership of school administrators, overall, at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the highest mean value was Determination of mission In the high level, followed by the promotion of the teaching atmosphere And the areas with the lowest mean values ​​are teaching supervision. 2) Effectiveness of academic administration , overall, at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that it was at a high level in all aspects. By which the highest mean value is Having a common destination, followed by learning atmosphere And the lowest mean value is learning. 3) The relationship between academic leadership of school administrators and the effectiveness of academic administration of schools Under the Office of Buriram Primary Educational Service Area 3. The research found that There is a high level of positive correlation with statistical significance at .01 level, equal to .843 (R=.843)
