PHILOSOPHICAL BELIEF AND THE ROLE OF THE TEACHER BETWEEN THE CONFUCIANISM AND BUDDHISM

Abstract
การศึกษานี้ได้ทำการจำกัดความและอภิปราย ความคิดทางการศึกษา วิธีการสอน ตลอดจนบทบาทของครูตามลัทธิขงจื้อและพระพุทธศาสนา ในเชิงบรรทัดฐาน เชิงวิเคราะห์และเชิงคาดเดานอกจากนี้นักวิจัยได้สังเคราะห์การศึกษาเชิงปรัชญาจำนวนหนึ่งในเรื่องบทบาทของครูจากทั้งสองทัศนะดังกล่าวโดยอิงหลักการที่ว่าการบรรลุเป้าหมายสูงสุดในหลักคำสอนของขงจื้อและพระพุทธเจ้านั้นคือการสร้างนักเรียนเรียนที่ซื่อสัตย์ต่อตนเองและผู้อื่น และนำพานักเรียนไปสู่มุมมองอันชอบธรรม (เกิดปัญญา) ตามลำดับ การวิจัยยังพบอีกว่าคำสอนของบุคคลในประวัติศาสตร์ทั้งสองท่านมีความคล้ายคลึงกันทั้งในมิติบุคคลในสัมมาชีพและด้านมิติความรู้สึกตามทำนองคลองธรรม การศึกษาครั้งนี้สรุปว่าการฝึกฝนตามแบบอย่างของครูที่สะท้อนจากทั้งสองปรัชญานั้นจะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อครูในการสอนอย่างถูกต้องและดำเนินชีวิตอย่างถูกต้องโดยแท้จริง
