Abstract
The purpose of this research were to 1) to study the performance condition, needs and methods of academic competencies administration of administrator in school Under the Loei primary educational Service area office 1. 2) Construct and develop a model for developing academic competencies administration of administrator in school 3) study results of an effective a model for developing academic competencies administration of administrator under the Loei primary educational service area office 1. Including four phases: Phase I: the study of needs and methods development academic competencies Phase II: Construct and develop a model for developing academic competencies administration of administrator. In school Phase III: to find out the efficiency of the developed model. Phase and IIII: Study results of an effective a model for developing academic competencies administration of administrator .The Sample were. Experts, administrator in school and academic teacher under the Loei primary service area office 1. (2015) from 169 school.
The findings were as follow;
1) An overall performance was at a moderate level. The lowest score aspects were also ranked as followed: curriculum development, active learning, internal supervision and research for learner. The need was at a high level as follows: curriculum development, active learning, internal supervision and research for development learner. There was 5 parts of processes developing academic competencies: workshop, monitoring system, action and development, performance appraisal and learning community. 2) The model for developing academic competencies administration of administrator in school. was a system approach: Input, Process and Output, The development process five steps : 1) Training 2) Coaching 3) Action review 4) Evaluation and 5) Learning. The Models evaluation results of the model showed that propriety, feasibility, accuracy and utility was overall at the high level for developing academic competencies administration of administrator in school and 3) using results of the model for developing academic competencies administration of administrate for in school was to the academic administration knowledge after development high than before. Competencies, characteristics and satisfaction by using the model at the high level.
