THE DEVELOPMENT OF SPIRITUAL LEADERSHIP INDICATORS OF RAJABHAT UNIVERSITY ADMINISTRATORS IN THE NORTHEASTERN

Abstract

          The purpose of this research was to develop the spiritual leadership indicators of the administrators of Rajabhat Universities in the Northeast. There are 3 stages of research: Step 1. Creation and development of the indicator by studying the concepts, theories and related research. Step 2 Study the suitability of the indicators from the experts. Structured interviews analyze qualitative data and then formulate elements and indicators. Step 3: Study the appropriateness of the indicators from the experts. By evaluating the suitability of the spiritual leadership indicators of Rajabhat University executives in the Northeast. The samples were 3 rectors in the Northeastern Rajabhat University. The instrument used to collect the research data was a questionnaire and the suitability assessment was a two-level rating scale, which was appropriate and inappropriate. To find the mean, percentage, and statistic value to determine the suitability of the components and the indicator of spiritual leadership in the Northeastern Rajabhat Rajabhat University.

         The findings as follows:

1. The Development of Spiritual Leadership Indicators of Rajabhat Universities in the Northeast consists of five major components, 18 sub-components and 71 key components.1) The main components of vision are 3 sub-components, 13 indicators. 2) The main components of hope. Faith has four sub-components. 18 indicators. 3) The main components of love, goodwill, and others. Indicator 4) The main spiritual component contains 4 sub-elements, 16 indicators. 5) The main self-awareness element has 3 sub-elements, 9 indicators.


2. A Study of Suitability of Spiritual Leadership Indicators of Rajabhat Universities in Northeastern Region. In interviews, the panelists agreed with each component and indicator. And confirm the indicator element. Verify accuracy, suitability, feasibility, all elements and indicators, and provide additional feedback.


3. The results of the evaluation of the suitability and spiritual leaders of the Northeastern Rajabhat Rajabhat University, consisting of 5 main components, 18 sub-components and 71 indicators, showed that all components and indicators had an average The suitability of the component and the indicator is greater than or equal to 2.00 and the percentage of the assessor of the suitability of the indicator more than or equal to The 60 per cent meet all specified criteria.
