THE MODEL DEVELOPMENT OF ADMINISTRATION FOR DUAL EDUCATION IN SECONDARY SCHOOL UNDER SECONDARY EDUCATION SERVICE AREA OFFICE 24

Abstract

The purpose of this research were to: 1) investigate the conditions of administration for Dual Education in secondary school under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 24   2) develop the model of administration for Dual Education in secondary school under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 24  3) Examine the result of administrative model for Dual Education in secondary school under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 24     This Research and Development (R&D) was divided into three phases: Phase I- The investigating condition of administration for Dual Education in secondary school. Phase II- The developing of administration for Dual Education in secondary school. Phase III- The implementing model of Dual Education in secondary school. Data were analyzed by using percentage, mean, standard deviation and Modified Priority Needs Index:  PNImodified


            The findings were as follows:


  1. The administration for Dual Education in secondary school under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 24 found that the component of administration for Dual Education involved 6 components, as follows: 1) Vision 2) Administration for Dual Education 3) Administration of resources, media and technology. 4) Cooperation Network 5) Monitoring and Evaluation and 6) Quality of professional standards. An investigating of the condition, which consists of the actual operating conditions and expected operating conditions, using Modified Priority Needs Index: PNImodified. The study results revealed that all components are necessary: PNImodified is 0.39 The first requiring is cooperation network (PNImodified= 0.66) The second requiring is vision (PNImodified= 0.36) and the last requiring is monitoring and evaluation (PNImodified= 0.31)

  2. The model of administration for Dual Education in secondary school under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 24 consists of 1) Components 2) Implementing regulation 3) Indicators of success.

  3. The result of using the model of administration for Dual Education in secondary school under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 24 included 1) It is useful for educational administration and educational quality development 2) It is possible to apply the model to the educational administration 3) It is suitable for implementing in educational administration and 4) It is accuracy which involve with the scope of work and mission of educational administration, it relates to the policy of agency.
