PARTICIPATORY MANAGEMENT MODEL FOR STUDENT’S DRUG ADDICTION PREVENTION AND PROBLEM SOLVING OF SECONDARY SCHOOL IN CHAIYAPHUM PROVINCE

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to find: 1) The components of Participatory Management Model for Student’s Drug Addiction Prevention and Problem Solving of Secondary School in Chaiyaphum Province and 2) the confirmation of Participatory Management Model for Student’s Drug Addiction Prevention and Problem Solving of Secondary School in Chaiyaphum Province. The population was School Principle, Deputy Director and Teacher from 37 Secondary School in Academic year 2559. The samples calculating by sample size from the tables of Krejcie and Morgan were 322 people. The data collected by using the opionnaires questionnaires. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, exploratory factor analysis, content analysis and connoisseurship.
Findings were as follows 1) Participatory Management Model for Student’s Drug Addiction Prevention and Problem Solving of Secondary School in Chaiyaphum Province factors of 5 components by weight The compositions were as follows: (1) Activities (2) Planning (3) Networking (4) Learning Resources and 5) Targeting. 2) The experts were confirmed that the Participatory Management Model for Student’s Drug Addiction Prevention and Problem Solving of Secondary School in Chaiyaphum Province by connoisseurship was accuracy, propriety, feasibility, and utility standards.
