Abstract
The purposes of this research were to study 1) develop a model for Instructional Leadership, under the Chaiyaphum Primary Education Service Area Office 1. 2) check the suitability a model for Instructional Leadership, under the Chaiyaphum Primary Education Service Area Office 1. A sample were directors, the deputy directors of school, the academic teachers and the supervisors, there were 321. Research tools were 1) There were 2 checklist questionnaire. 2) There was 1 recording form focus group conversation. The percentage, mean, and Exploratory elements analysis were the parameters used for statistical The findings revealed as follows
- The develop a model for Instructional Leadership, under the Chaiyaphum Primary Education Service Area Office 1. have the main components 5 models 72 indicators there were 1) the directors can effectively manage for 5 indicators . 2) the directors use of participatory management for 14 indicators 3) the directors be knowledgeable of basic education curriculum for 16 indicators 4) The directors have vision, were be leadership and were creative to developed the students for 13 indicators. 5) The directors has moral, ethical and professional ethics for 14 indicators.
