The research sample was 274 government teachers in schools under the Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, derived by proportional stratified random sampling distributed by district. The research instrument used was a questionnaire constructed by the researcher with content validity between 0.67 and 1.00. The internal consistency reliability coefficients were 0.98 for teacher empowerment of administrators and 0.90 for quality of working life of teachers. Statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient analysis, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.</p> <p>The research results were as follows: 1) Overall and in specific aspects, the teacher empowerment of administrators was at a high level. The aspects were promoting and developing cooperation in organizations, leadership development, motivation building, organizational climate building, and team building, respectively. 2) Overall and in specific aspects, the quality of working life of teachers was at a high level. The aspects were development of human capacities, social relevance of employer, human relations, employees’ influence over decisions, rights and equity, advancement opportunities, safe environment, total life space, and adequate and fair pay, respectively. 3) The teacher empowerment of school administrators in the aspects of organizational climate building (X<sub>3</sub>), team building (X<sub>5</sub>), and motivation building (X<sub>1</sub>) were factors affecting the quality of working life of teachers (Y<sub>tot</sub>) and they collectively predicted the quality of working life of teachers at the percentage of 55.70 with statistical significance level of .05. The sample was 30 Thai major undergraduate students studying in the first semester of the academic year 2023 at Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University, derived by cluster random sampling. The research instruments were 1) 3 learning management plans for 24 hours, 2) a proficiency test, and 3) an attitude questionnaire toward board games-based learning management. The sample group was 327 Chinese students studying at universities in the upper northern region of Thailand. The research instrument was an online questionnaire. Descriptive statistics, namely, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and inferential statistics, multiple regression analysis with enter method, were applied for data analysis.</p> <p>The research results found that 1) the level of influential opinion of the reference group was at a moderate level. The research sample was 17 students studying in the second semester of the academic year 2022 at Wat Saseeliam School, Don Tum District, Nakhon Pathom Province Under the Nakhon Pathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. They were obtained by cluster random sampling. The research instruments used consisted of lesson plans, an ability test on summary writing, an opinionnaire, and a one group pretest-posttest experimental design plan. The statistics used for data analysis were arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and t-test.</p> <p>The research findings were as follows:</p> <ol> <li>The ability to write a summary of the 6<sup>th</sup>-grade students after learning with active learning management was higher than the pretest with statistical significance level of .05.</li> <li>Overall, the opinion of the 6<sup>th</sup>-grade students towards active learning management was at a high level. The research sample consisted of 20 Grade 2 students studying in the second semester of the academic year 2023 at Watleammakua School, Don Tum District, Nakhon Pathom Province, derived by cluster sampling. The research instruments consisted of lesson plans, spelling word writing ability tests, and a satisfaction questionnaire. The sample group used in the research included 336 teachers working at special education centers in the Network for Efficiency Promotion of Educational Management in Regional Special Education Center 7, under the Special Education Bureau in the academic year 2023. The research tool was a rating scale questionnaire with a consistency index between 0.60-1.00 and reliability values for the independent variable at the level of 0.97 and the dependent variable at the level of 0.96. Statistics used in the research include percentages, means, standard deviations, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results showed that:</p> <ol> <li>Overall and specific aspects, the academic leadership of education administrators was at a high level. The aspect with the highest average was the arrangement of environment to facilitate learning, following by development of teacher professional advancement, while the aspect with the lowest average was curriculum and teaching management.</li> <li>Overall the student’s desired characteristics was at a high level. When considering each aspect, 6 aspects were found at a high level, namely, honesty, discipline, eagerness to learn, self-sufficient living, loving Thainess, and public mind. The sample was 72 supporting staff of Muban Chombueng Rajabhat University. Stratified random sampling technique was used to select the samples. The instruments in this study were a five-rating scale questionnaire with reliability value of 0.89 and a semi-structured interview. Statistics use for quantitative data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test. and return on investment analysis. The qualitative data were analyzed using content analysis.</p> <p>The research findings were as follows:</p> <ol> <li>The results of mindfulness in organization development with the supporting staff of Muban Chombueng Rajabhat University overall was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it found that all aspects were at a high level. The aspects, ranked from the highest to the lowest, were having compassion for others, being able to communicate with others, team working, working engagement, and mindfulness.</li> <li>The mindfulness in organization development with the supporting staff as classified by the occasional and regular use of mindfulness program overall was significantly different at the level of .05. This mixed-methods study was divided into two phases. Phase 1 involved the development of an academic administration model to promote career skills of primary schools students through the study of academic administration factors. The informants were 7 school administrators, educational administrators, and supervisors, obtained from purposive selection based on the set criteria. Data were collected using semi-structured interviews and were analyzed by content analysis and confirmatory factor analysis of academic administration. The research sample group was 230 schools under the Office of Primary Educational Service Area, Inspection Area 4, derived by stratified random sampling as distributed by provinces. The informants for the questionnaire included school administrators, teachers responsible for academic affairs, and basic career teachers, totaling 690 persons. Data were collected using a questionnaire. Statistics used for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and confirmatory factor analysis. Phase 2 involved the evaluation of the academic administration model in promoting career skills of primary school students. The informants were 9 school administrators, supervisors, and teachers, obtained from purposive selection based on the set criteria. Data were collected through a connoisseur seminar and analyzed using content analysis. The developed academic administration model to promote career skills of students was implemented in two primary schools, obtained from purposive selection based on the set criteria. The informants were 6 school administrators, teachers responsible for academic affairs, and basic career teachers. The informants were 15 personnel working at Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University. The research instrument was a form for compiling survey results on happiness at work of personnel during the past 5 years (2019-2023) and an open-ended questionnaire. Data were analyzed by average and content analysis</p> <p>The research results showed that:</p> <ol> <li>Overall, happiness at work of NPRU personnel in the past 5 years was at a high level. When considering each aspect, all aspects were at a high level. The aspects in the descending order of average were career path, personnel engagement, information technology systems, supervisors, teamwork, work environment, income and welfare, and work-life balance.</li> <li>For the management guidelines to promote happiness at work of NPRU personnel, it is advisable to 1) in work environment, create and prepare the environment that promotes and facilitates work operations in both physical and social-psychological aspects; 2) in income and welfare, equally allocate welfare to every personnel appropriate for living in the current economic situation; and 3) in work-life balance, manage workload to suit working time and <br />arrange creative activities that encourage personnel to do activities together.</li> </ol> <p>The key findings of this research can be summarized as follows: NPRU personnel prioritize work environment, income and welfare, and work-life balance. Additionally, they wish the university administrators to revamp the environment to create work motivation.
