Problems and Obstacles in Financial Management of Cases in the Court of Justice

This academic consists purposes 1. to study the problems and obstacles in managing finances in court cases and 2. to analyze the problems and obstacles and provide suggestions for improving finances in court cases. This is achieved through a study of relevant documents and research, analyzed and presented according to the study objectives. The findings indicate that 1) Although the courts have adopted information technology in accordance with the digital court policy, in practice, three major problems remain (1) operational processes, which are still redundant and rely on paper documents in disbursement and refund procedures (2) regulations, where some government financial laws and regulations do not fully support electronic payment systems and (3) technology and data linkage, where the payment and accounting systems lack automatic data linkage and 2) The analysis of the current problems and obstacles in managing finances in court cases reveals delays and increased workload for staff. Furthermore, problems with technology and data integration within the courts prevent the financial management of cases from achieving the speed, transparency and automation goals envisioned in the digital court vision. Therefore, this article suggests improving regulations to be more flexible and developing an integrated financial data system to increase efficiency and transparency. The solution should focus on creating a central database that connects all three systems using the Court of Justice’s accounting software. To automate the flow of financial information and reduce redundant work by staff, an efficient financial management system for court cases can be developed.
