Abstract

This research consists purposes were 1.to examine the digital leadership of administrators 2.to examine the academic affairs administration of schools and 3. to examine the digital leadership of administrators that affects the academic administration of schools. This research is quantitative There is a research tool which is a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire. The study involved a sample of 325 teachers, selected through stratified random sampling. The sample size was determined using Krejcie, R. V. and Morgan, D. W. (1970) sample size table. The data collected from the questionnaire were then analyzed using descriptive statistics, including frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis. The findings were as follows 1) The overall digital leadership of administrators in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nonthaburi was at a high level (x̅= 4.35, S.D.= 0.39) 2) The overall academic administration of schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nonthaburi was at a high level (x̅= 4.34, S.D.= 0.40) and 3) The digital leadership of administrators, such as innovative learning spaces and environments, and professional learning and Growth, affects the academic affairs administration of School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nonthaburi, significant at the .01 level with the predicting power of 48.80 percent.
