The Acceptance Factors of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Technology Influencing Employees’ Readiness for Implementation in Warehouse Management in Pathum Thani Province

Abstract

This research consists purposes were 1. to study the level of importance of factors influencing the acceptance of artificial intelligence (AI) technology on the readiness for implementation in warehouse management among employees in Pathum Thani Province and 2. to investigate the specific AI acceptance factors affecting such readiness. This is a quantitative research. The research instrument is a questionnaire. The sample group is 400 people, which is derived from the sample size calculation using Taro Yamane's formula (1973) at an error level of 0.05. The data collected from the questionnaires were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including percentages, means, and standard deviations. Inferential analysis was performed using the multiple regression analysis. The research results found that 1) warehouse staff in Pathum Thani Province had positive attitudes towards AI, namely 1.1) attitude towards AI was at a high level (x̅= 4.25) 1.2) perceived benefits was at a high level (x̅= 4.22) 1.3) ease of use was at a high level (x̅= 4.09) and 2) factors of acceptance of artificial intelligence (AI) technology that influenced the readiness to use it in warehouse management of employees in Pathum Thani Province, the perceived benefits of AI was the factor with the highest influence, followed by attitude towards AI and ease of use, respectively.
