This research consists purposes were 1. to study the belief of Nang Dong in the rituals of Nong Nuea Village Village No.4 Paeng Subdistrict Kosum Phisai District Maha Sarakham Province and 2. to create a dance composition Thua Fa Pao Fon. This is a qualitative research The research instruments are interviews and observation forms. The research sample consists of 9 people who were selected purposively. The data collected from documents and research instruments were content analysis. The research results found that 1) The beliefs of the Isan people are about angels, ghosts, spirits, auspicious times, premonitions, ancestral spirits, fortune, belief in souls and adherence to karma which are the sources of faith and confidence. These beliefs can bring both good and bad things to people. Most people use their beliefs as a standard to control themselves in their lives including creating good fortune for themselves by performing rituals that are organized according to traditions, laws or social regulations which are symbolic of values to create comfort or encouragement to continue living or it may be their own faith in each religion which creates rituals based on their beliefs and faith and 2) The performance Thuay Fa Pao Fon presents the performance according to the following processes: 2.1) Performance format 2.2) Dressing 2.3) Line formation 2.4) Performance design 2.5) Make-up and 2.6) Lyrics and music. It brings a new creative thinking process based on the principles of aesthetic theory and the concept of dance innovation to create a more beautiful and interesting dance composition
