The Execution of Educational Oversight in the Nakhon Sawan City Municipality Schools

Abstract

This research consists purposes were 1. to study the execution of educational oversight in the Nakhon Sawan City Municipality Schools and 2. to compare the execution of educational oversight in the Nakhon Sawan City Municipality Schools and Individual factors. This is a quantitative research The research instrument is a questionnaire which is a 5 level rating scale with a reliability of 0.95 for the whole document. The sample group is 336 teachers in educational institutions under the Nakhon Sawan Municipality in 2024. The data collected from the questionnaires were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including percentages, means, standard deviations and comparisons using t-tests and F-tests, and paired tests using Scheffe's Method. The research results found that 1) The overall rating mean of the execution of educational oversight in the Nakhon Sawan City Municipality schools was at a high level (μ = 4.25, σ =.52) and 2) The various individual factors of gender, education level and teaching experience were no different from the mean of the execution of educational oversight in the Nakhon Sawan City Municipality schools. However there were different in the execution of educational oversight in the Nakhon Sawan City Municipality schools among age groups statistically significant at .05 level. Only two population pairs were discovered when comparing pairs: the 51–60-year-old and the younger 30-year-old and the 51–60-year-old and the 41–50-year-old.
