This academic article consists purposes to propose a method for developing and improving the efficiency of the parcel transportation system through parcel tracking technology, which plays a key role in increasing the speed and accuracy of deliveries. Specifically, the use of GPS and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies enables real-time tracking of parcels during transportation. This tracking system allows couriers to monitor parcel locations in real-time, reducing delivery errors and improving route planning efficiency. The application of GPS and IoT technologies helps operators manage issues that may arise during transportation, such as parcel loss or delayed deliveries by continuously monitoring the status of parcels at every stage.
