Abstract

This academic consists purposes to study methods for developing human capital for solar panel installation supervisors, as well as the factors influencing their development to enhance work efficiency, reduce errors, and promote safety in solar energy system installations. The study applies the conceptual framework of human capital and human resource development. The solar energy industry is currently experiencing rapid growth, leading to an increasing demand for highly skilled labor, particularly solar panel installation supervisors. These supervisors play a crucial role in ensuring installation quality, overseeing safety, and managing teams effectively. Therefore, understanding their knowledge, skills, and experience is essential for advancing both solar panel installation projects and workforce development in the future. The study results indicate that human capital development for installation supervisors should focus on three key areas: 1) Technical Knowledge 2) Team Management Skills and 3) Safety and Compliance. Effective development strategies include a combination of theoretical and practical training, continuous evaluation, and follow-up processes to ensure efficiency and improve the competitiveness of companies in the solar energy market, both now and in the future. These findings benefit solar panel installation businesses and supervisors by enhancing the effectiveness of solar panel installation operations.
