Promoting the Processing of Sweet Potato Products Benjakhon Subdistrict Khlong Hat District Sa Kaeo Province

Abstract

This research consists purposes were 1. to Study the processing of sweet potato products. of the community enterprise group, sweet potato growing and processing group Benjakorn Subdistrict Khlong Hat District Sa Kaeo Province and 2. to Develop packaging formats and logos for sweet potato products Community Enterprise Group: Sweet Potato Growing and Processing Group Benjakorn Subdistrict Khlong Hat District Sa Kaeo Province. This research is Qualitative Research The traget group used in the research was 30 members of the community enterprise group of sweet potato growers and processors Benjakorn Subdistrict, Khlong Hat District, Sa Kaeo Province. The tool used in the research were interviews, observation forms. The results of the study found that 1) The area in the community is an agricultural area where sweet potatoes are grown in large quantities. There is a center for giving knowledge. Gather products for purchasing and selling. Community leaders and government agencies show interest, cooperation and assistance in promoting the processing of sweet potato products. This gives the community a mentor as well as a learning resource and 2) Development of packaging formats and logos for sweet potato products (Purple curry puff snacks) the community enterprise group of sweet potato growers and processors, Benjakhon Subdistrict Kholnghat District Sakaeo Province, found that member were involved in packaging design.
