Abstract

This research consists purposes were 1. to study the level of factors that have a relationship with morale and morale in the performance of employees of Tha Maka Subdistrict Administrative Organization Tha Maka District Kanchanaburi Province and 2. to study guidelines for developing the performance of employees of Tha Maka Subdistrict Administrative Organization Tha Maka District Kanchanaburi Province. is a quantitative research The research tool was a questionnaire with a sample group of 105 employees of the Tha Maka Subdistrict Administrative Organization Tha Maka District Kanchanaburi Province obtained from the sample determination from the table Krejcie and Morgan (1970, p.607-608) Then the data collected from the questionnaire was analyzed using descriptive statistics consisting of percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results of the research found that: 1) The level of factors that have a relationship with morale and morale in the performance of employees of Tha Maka Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Tha Maka District, Kanchanaburi Province. The overall picture is at a high level with an average (x̅= 3.80, S.D. = 0.26) and 2) Guidelines for developing the work performance of employees of the Tha Maka Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Tha Maka District, Kanchanaburi Province, consisting of 2.1) Work skills. Overall it was at a high level with an average (x̅= 3.90, S.D. = 0.38) 2.2) Motivation for work. Overall it was at a high level with an average (x̅= 3.86, S.D. = 0.35) 2.3) Coordination Overall it was at a high level with an average (x̅= 3.81, S.D. = 0.38) and 2.4) in terms of morality and ethics in work. Overall, it is at a high level with an average (x̅= 3.78, S.D. = 0.38).
