Information Systems and Competencies in Property Inspection That Operational Efficiency of The National Anti-Corruption Commission

Abstract

This research consists purpose was 1. to study information systems that impact the efficiency of asset auditing operations of the National Anti-Corruption Commission and 2. to examine the competencies that affect the operational efficiency of asset auditing operations at the National Anti-Corruption Commission. The research is quantitative and utilized a questionnaire as the research tool. The sample group comprised 189 asset inspection officers from the National Anti-Corruption Commission. The sample size was determined using Taro Yamane's formula with a margin of error of 0.05, and purposive sampling was employed. The data analysis involved descriptive statistics such as mean, percentage, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis. The results of the research found that 1) Information systems, including software systems, data recording, and display, have a positive effect on operational efficiency in terms of timeliness. Computer network systems and data display have a positive effect on operational efficiency in terms of accuracy and completeness. Data display has a positive effect on operational efficiency in terms of task success. 2) Competencies in performing tasks, including knowledge and ability skills, technology skills, and communication skills, have a positive effect on operational efficiency in terms of accuracy and completeness. Technology skills and communication skills have a positive effect on operational efficiency in terms of timeliness. Communication skills have a positive effect on operational efficiency in terms of task success, with statistical significance at the 0.05 level.
