Abstract

This research consists purposes were 1. to studying The Learning leadership of school administrators under Phitsanulok primary educational service area office 2 2. to studying the professional learning community of schools under Phitsanulok primary educational service area office 2 and 3. to studying the relationship between the learning leadership of school administrators and being professional learning community of schools under Phitsanulok primary educational service area office 2. This research is quantitative research There is a research tool which is a questionnaires with proportional rating scales of 5 levels. The sample group consists of teachers affiliated with the Office of Primary Education Area 2 in Phitsanulok, totaling 290 individuals. This sample was derived through stratified random sampling based on school size, utilizing the Krejcie and Morgan table. The data was analyzed using the descriptive statistics. The results were made of percentage, average, standard deviation and Pearson coefficient. The results showed that the overall 1) learning leadership of the school management was at a high level (x̅= 4.34, S.D.=0.316). When each aspect was considered, it was found that all aspects were at a high level. The highest average aspect was team learning, followed by the using technology in work, and the lowest average aspect was research and learning innovation; 2) the overall professional learning was at a high level (x̅= 4.38, S.D.=0.318). When each aspect was considered, it was found that all aspects were at a high level. The highest average aspect was caring community, followed by professional supportive structure, while the lowest average aspect was shared vision; and 3) the relationship between the school administrator's learning leadership and being a professional learning community, the office of the Phitsanulok primary educational service area office 2 was shown to be positive at a very high level (r = .919**) statistically significant at the .01 level.
