Abstract

This research consists purposes were 1. to develop the herbal spa massage cream product for Tao N On health in order to increase the value of the Trai Trung Subdistrict community, Mueang District, Kamphaeng Phet Province 2. to develop an online marketing channel for the herbal spa massage cream product for Tao En On health to increase the value of the Trai Trung Subdistrict community, Mueang District, Kamphaeng Phet Province and 3. To study consumer satisfaction with Tao En On Healthy Herbal Spa Massage Cream products in order to increase the value of the Trai Trung Subdistrict community, Mueang District, Kamphaeng Phet Province. This research used a mixed methods research method. Data were collected from 15 producers of Tao-N-On herbal spa massage cream for health and 325 consumers of Tao-N-On herbal spa massage cream for health. Tools used in the research consisted of questionnaires, interviews, and data analysis using content analysis. Average statistics and standard deviation values. The results of the research found that: 1) The appropriate formula for developing the herbal spa massage cream product for Tao N On health in order to increase the value of the community in Trai Trung Subdistrict, Mueang District, Kamphaeng Phet Province is Formula 1 with overall preferences. 7.07a + 0.70 and the development of product packaging labels The product packaging label design is modern. The label is clearly posted on the package and contains details of the ingredients. The labels have beautiful colors and stand out, making them attractive to buyers. Herbal spa massage cream packaging design. The packaging format is modern and easy to open. Carry it anywhere. And convenient to use, which can make users comfortable in using it to easily relieve symptoms that occur. 2) Developing online marketing channels with comparative information before and after making a Facebook Page before making income. low Not known to the general public The number of followers on Facebook is low, and after creating a Facebook Page, there are more followers. The product is more well known. and have increased income from customers. 3) Satisfaction with Tao N On Healthy Herbal Spa Massage Cream in order to increase the value of the community in Trai Trung Subdistrict, Mueang District, Kamphaeng Phet Province. It was found that overall, it was at a very satisfied level (x̅= 3.79).
