The Theoretical Analysis on Roles of Fort Pho Khun Pameung’s Sufficiency Economy Learning Center in The Substantial Well-Being Enhancing in Petchabun Communities using the Concept of Contemporary Security and Transformational Leadership

Abstract

This research consists purposes were to contributing a Knowledge Management on the enhancing an actual happiness by applying the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy at Fort Pho Khun Pameung’s Sufficiency Economy Learning Center is a Qualitative Research There are research tools, including interviews, with a target group of 5 people selected through purposive sampling. Then use the information gathered from documents and interviews content analysis. The results found that Fort Pho Khun Pameung’s Sufficiency Economy Learning Center’s activities was influenced by the shifting of the military’s paradigm on security: from the development of combatants and armies to the human’s security or, in the other word, contemporary security. Moreover, the Center’s activities also has a policy implementation following the concept of transformational leadership: adopting the His Majesty philosophy; procedure planning, course and training conducting, up-to-date training for trainers, coordinating and cooperating from other sectors; and budget supporting from the Army. Especially, the recognition of the Circle Commanders encourage the successfully application of the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy into the actual practice and become as a role model for the people, create an impact on the people, and can pass on knowledge to furthers.
